大分の海とパーティー

I had class by Prof.Mahichi's  in Kitakyushu university July 29.
APU students participated in the class. This class was very interesting for me.
Plastic have many demerit. I want to try no-plastic life but it is hard for me. Because, there are so many plastic product in the world.

After class, we observed Japanese honey bee.
We went to Daigakudo to eat Daigakudon. There is very hot so we were tired.
But we ate delicious lunch like sashimi, roast beef and pineapple!

After Daigakudo, we went to Hotaru-kan and Toyotoyo which is my rice field.

APU students finished exam last July 31. Prof.Mahichi had a party at her house last August 1. We invited this party so we decided to go to Beppu and sea.

In this party, I can talk many people. But I cant speak English fluently. I want to brush up my English skill.

Hatumet study way of speaking "Thank you" and "dericiousu" of various kind of language in this party. she will can travel all over the world.

Next day, we went to sea with some APU students. Sea was cold and clowd so I was tired. But, Daisuke can catch many fishes. It was delicious. We ate that in the beach.

We came back to Prof.Mahichi's house. We ate nice dinner. It’s full corse of fish.

We very enjoyed Beppu.  Thank you!

Beppu trip

I made wonderful  friends in Beppu!!!
They’re really lovely ,fantastic, and kindly.

I learned many kinds of “delicious” and “ thank you”
خوشمزه, อร่อย, enak,  טעים, ngon.....

I believe I can go everywhere if I can say "delicious" and "thank you" by language of there.So, I can go many  country!!!

Next day, we went the sea.
I fishing first time in my life.
I'm Bibiri, so I was afraid that if I fall in the sea.....but, I am arrive!!!! lucky girl-ne :P

Some fissher men and women gave us fish of dinner, and nice chef made us nice dinner.Arigato!!!  We were really happy...

Thank you so much Mahichi-sensei,Mahmood-sensei,  Abi, Dannie, Anna, Nadihfa, オム神、だんどりくん、Jaa, Anna, Evita, パティさん、Dada, Kizoku, Alpaca, Tome, Vory and so on!!!

台風ですが・・・

台風ですが、今日明日中にやらないと行けない仕事があるので、出勤しました。
3分の1くらいやったところで集中が切れたので、味噌を仕込むことにしました。

これだけあれば味噌ができる

ミンサーでゆで大豆をつぶす

米麹と塩を混ぜる

つぶした大豆をくわえる
大豆のゆで汁もちょっとくわえる(今回はお玉に3杯くらい）

丸めてタッパーに詰める

空気が入らないようにギューギュー押しながら詰める

ラップをぴっちりはって熟成させる

ここまで片付けも含めて40分。暗いところに1年ぐらい置いとくと美味しい味噌になる予定です。
実は、大豆をゆでるときに分量を間違えてて、ほんとに作ろうと思っていた量の4分の3しか仕込めてません。ちょっと残念。

そうこうしているうちに、台風は通り過ぎましたが、仕事は終わってません。

A real experience with APU students.

The cultural exchange meeting with the seminar of the Prof.Mahichi already reached the fourth time.
I understood the personality of each student than before. It is interesting again.The student intends to do each fieldwork using summer vacation.

The interesting people of Beppu come to the house of Prof.Mahiti one after another.She makes her home a gathering place for everyone. It looks like a network hub.I think that a new idea and action are born from such a place.

The next day we went to dive with some APU students. The sea was cloudy. There were also some waves. The first dive went along the coast with four people. There were not many good fish, but enough fish was caught for lunch.

We dived in the sea in front of us, caught fish, and ate by BBQ. How did APU students from each country feel about this experience? I'm glad if they enjoyed it.

In the afternoon, we swam around the tetra pot. There were more fish here than in the morning. Budai, Bora, Takanohadai, Nizadai, Ira, Kawahagi, Aigo, Hakohugu, Mejina, Bera, Kasago, Matsubagai... These are all the names of the fish we caught on this day.

We returned from the sea to Prof.Mahiti's house and cooked those fish we had taken. There are many fish in the sea. Each fish tastes differently.

The next morning we had breakfast for bread made by Prof.Mahiti. At that time, Prof.Mahiti told us various stories. In those stories, I found out that she values about what "actually experiences".

Then we went to some hot springs. I thoroughly enjoyed Beppu. And we were very tired. But finally we got back to Kitakyushu with a lot of real experience.

I would like to thank Prof.Mahiti and APU students for giving us these experiences.

August 1st
We went to Prof. Mahichi's house to join an after-party following the test end of semester.

Next day, we went to the sea.

We enjoyed snorkeling and rowing canoe.

The snorkeling team got our lunch.

Ibori has lot of fish, so very heavy.

Next morning, we had relax breakfast.

Prof. Mahichi asked me one question, but I can't reaction enough.
Because, I thought I can't tell my idea in English and put my idea together quickly.

One of important things is various types of experience in their childhood. Another is meet various types of person.  So, they can see the reality in front of them, not the virtual reality.
Teenager get engrossed in smartphone and game, bat they can get back to world of reality with a little chance, if they have had that experience in their childhood.

Um, It’s difficult to me tell my idea in English after all.

皮は重たいし、自分の家は狭いから思うように広げられないし、今回みたいに学校でみんなが一緒にやってくれると、本当に助かりました。どうもありがとう。

スタードーム大阪派遣

カリマーです。

7月20日（土）、スタードーム棟梁派遣で大阪　花の文化園へ行ってきました。

花の文化園、なかなか奥地にありました。

大ちゃんと、偶然出会った園のボランティアの方がいなければたどり着けなかったかも。

到着してみるといぼりの話の通りスタードームを作るすぐ隣には水鉄砲コーナーとミスト。脅威。。

早めに到着した子達とフレームの連結作業スタート。しかし早速、、「ほなちょっと水浴びてくるわ！」と子供達。ミストの脅威に怯えながらも、呼んだらちゃんと戻ってきてくれてなんとか準備完了。

スタードームとは一体何か、どういう風に作っていくのか、大体の説明を終え早速作業開始。

ドラえもんの話出した時の子供達の食いつきはすごかったな〜。さすがドラえもん様。

じゃあ早速この竹で星型を作っていこうか、と言えば「ミッションやな！行くで！」とノリノリのゆうすけくん。

ミッション2まで終わったから一旦休憩しようか、と言えば「休憩なくてもいけるで！」と元気なゆうすけくん。

横のSフレームを入れていく時　ほらここに星ができてるよ、と言えば「そんなわけないやん〜〜。、、、、ほんまや！星できてる！！」とさすが生粋の大阪人ゆうすけくん。

コテコテの関西弁とコテコテの大阪のノリで終始わいわいしてて楽しかった。

子供達は本当に覚えが早くて、教えてて面白かった。1発で作り方覚えちゃう子供とそうはいかない大人、なんか不思議だねえ。

スタードームにミストをつけるアイデアには大ちゃんと感動。

設置直後、早速子供たちはドームに吸い込まれてました。。

参加人数と子供達の素直さに救われた感じはあったけど、なんとか無事終わってよかった。

練習・検定付き合ってくれた人達ありがとう。神様ありがとう〜〜。

パイン天国

報告が遅くなりましたが、石垣島からのパイン第2弾が届いています。
熟れ熟れの甘いパインを冷凍保存。
半解凍のパインはシャリシャリ、ヒエヒエ、アマアマです。
ミツバチ会議に参加したみなさんをお接待したり、海にお供したりと野研活動の中で大活躍のパインくん。

アイスやジュースになるためのシロップももう完成しているよ！
楽しみだね。
